Data highlights:

  • Operation start and stop timestamps

  • Duration of operation vs. idle time

  • Total operating hours

Exception Reports

Use this report to:

Detect and explore unusual or contract-breaching behavior, like excessive usage, nighttime activity, or operation outside defined geofences.

Typical use cases:

  • Enforce rental agreements and service contracts

  • Detect potential misuse or off-hours operation

  • Automate compliance monitoring

Data highlights:

  • Triggered exceptions with timestamps

Trip Reports

Use this report to:

Analyze the travel history of machines or vehicles, including route, duration, distance, and start/end locations.

Typical use cases:

  • Monitor delivery or transport routes

  • Understand equipment mobility

  • Investigate unauthorized movement

Data highlights:

  • Trip distance and duration

  • Departure and arrival points

  • Trip start and end times

Utilization Reports

Use this report to:

Gain a detailed understanding of how your fleet is being used over time, broken down by operational state.

Typical use cases:

  • Benchmark utilization rates across projects or locations

  • Spot inefficiencies or idle time

  • Make informed decisions about fleet rightsizing

Data highlights:

  • Percentage breakdown of working, idling, and off states

  • Custom time periods and grouping options

  • Aggregated data across selected assets

Service Due Report

Use this report to:

Notify your stakeholders of when services need to be performed on assets.

Typical use cases:

  • Proactively identify asstes with overdue og upcoming services

  • Assist service managers in planning and scheduling services

  • Report on amount of overdue services that could slow down operations

Data highlights:

  • List of assets flagged as overdue or nearing service based on assigned service plans

  • Service plan and provider

  • Asset metadata such as name, type and owner

Activity Report

Use this report to:

Get an in-depth overview of equipment’s activity over a 24-hour period.

Typical use cases:

  • Verify equipment usage with detailed action data - especially during off-hours or weekends

  • Resolve damage or misuse disputes by referencing precise machine activity

  • Enhance transparency with customers by sharing visual, event-based reports that clearly illustrate how and when assets were operated.

Data highlights:

  • Work day hours: measures the time between the first and last recorded activity during a workday

  • Operating hours: the total amount of hours where the asset has been turned on

  • Active driving: the total amount of hours where the asset has moved as received by GPS signal

Incident Report

Use this report to:

Understand and respond to critical events involving your assets such as theft or unauthorized usage, and forward it to the appropriate authorities or insurance companies when necessary.

Typical use cases:

  • Investigate suspected theft or unauthorized use by reviewing past machine locations and input activity

  • Document accidents with exact time, location, and sensor-triggered inputs (for example, seatbelt activity)

  • Export a full incident timeline for reporting to insurance providers or internal reviews

Data highlights:

  • Exact locations of the asset

  • Date and time stamp of each location

  • Speed and distance traveled

Tips for Working with Reports

  • Use filters to narrow down data by time period, asset group, or status.

  • Export reports in PDF or Excel formats for sharing and archiving.

  • Schedule recurring reports to stay updated automatically.

  • Combine insights from different reports to get a full picture of machine behavior and performance.
