Our Messenger service is the quickest and most effective way to get help! When you reach out via Messenger, you have two options:
Create a Ticket: You can initiate a support ticket directly with one of our Customer Support agents. Messenger’s streamlined process helps route your request to the right team faster, ensuring a quicker response and helping us meet the response times defined in your SLA agreement.
Ask Our AI Bot: Our AI-powered assistant can provide immediate help by searching across our extensive documentation. Whether you need guidance on common issues, setup instructions, or troubleshooting tips, the bot can quickly point you to relevant resources. This can be an excellent first step for rapid answers without waiting for an agent.
When you use the Messenger you can also track the status of all your ongoing tickets with the Customer Support team and you can search for additional help and documentation.
You can find the Messenger directly in Trackunit Manager by clicking on the question mark icon "Support" at the lower end of the navigation bar on the left and then clicking on "Get Support".

Note: Be sure to create a new ticket each time you contact Customer Support. This ensures that your ticket reaches the appropriate team, leading to a faster response.
