How do I set up Site-Based Theft Alerts in Trackunit Manager?

Set up a Site-based Theft Alert to be notified when assets move outside a site boundary to prevent unauthorized use of equipment or theft.

Set up Site-Based Theft Alerts in Trackunit Manager

Note: You must create a site before setting up a Site-based Theft Alert.

Learn how to create sites here

  1. Sign into Trackunit Manager

  2. Go to the Alerts app

  3. Click Create new alert

  4. Select Site-based Theft Alert and click Next

  5. Select which site the alert should trigger for and click Next

  6. Select the Entire Fleet, Group(s), or Specific Assets you want to monitor and click Next

  7. Select the people to be notified when the alert is triggered (optional) and click Next

  8. Enter the Name of the alert

  9. Review the alert configuration and click Create alert.
