Set up Site-Based Theft Alerts in Trackunit Manager
Note: You must create a site before setting up a Site-based Theft Alert.
Sign into Trackunit Manager
Go to the Alerts app
Click Create new alert
Select Site-based Theft Alert and click Next
Select which site the alert should trigger for and click Next
Select the entire fleet, group(s), or specific assets you want to monitor and click Next
Select the people to be notified* when the alert is triggered (optional) and click Next
Enter the Name of the alert
Review the alert configuration and click Create alert
*Note: The people you select to be notified when an alert triggers will be notified via email only. Currently it is not possible to notify people when an alert is triggered via SMS.
