If you wish to cancel a subscription with Trackunit, please send a message to our Revenue & Billing team via our Messenger or via e-mail: revenueandbilling@trackunit.com.
You can find the Messenger directly in Trackunit Manager by clicking on the Support button at the bottom left of the navigation. You can also access the Messenger at the bottom left corner of this article.
Note: Marking your device(s) as inactive in Trackunit Manager will not cancel the subscription.
