Where do I find the serial number of my device?

Here is how you locate the serial number of your devices in Trackunit Manager and on the device itself.

In Trackunit Manager

Sign in to Trackunit Manager.

  1. Click on the Fleet app in the sidebar.

  2. View your fleet in List view

  3. Toggle on Serial Number (VIN) under Columns

You can now see the serial number in the list of your fleet.

In Manager Classic

  1. Sign in to Trackunit Manager.

  2. Click on Manager Classic in the side bar.

  3. Click on Settings in the top bar.

  4. The serial numbers of your fleet are now visible in Fleet view.

Note: If you are unable to see the serial numbers, ensure that you have selected the Serial Number column to be displayed. Click on the little arrow next to one of the columns, then columns --> unit info --> serial number.

On the Device

You can also find the serial number of your device directly on the surface of the device or the box that it came in.
