How do I remove visibility of an asset that is shared with my account?

With remove asset visibility, you can focus on the most relevant information and streamline your workflow.

Declutter your account by removing asset visibility of assets you no longer want to see.

With this feature, you can:

  • View all assets you have visibility of, shared by other accounts

  • Remove asset visibility of one or multiple assets you no longer wish to see in your account

You need to be account admin or fleet admin to remove visibility of an asset.


How do I remove asset visibility?


Log into Trackunit Manager

  1. Go to the Administration app

  2. Navigate to the Ownership & Visibility tab

  3. Navigate to the Visibility tab

  4. Select one or multiple assets

  5. In the top right corner, press the Remove visibility button

  6. Follow the guided flow in the pop-up dialog

    • Review that everything you have selected looks right before you proceed

  7. Press the Confirm button
