My account activation link has expired. How do I request a new one?

If your account activation link has expired, the admin of the account needs to resend the activation email.

If your account activation link has expired, you need to contact your account admin and have them resend the account activation email to you.

The admin of your account can resend the activation email by following the steps below:

Log into Trackunit Manager

  1. Click on the Administration app at the bottom of the left-hand menu

  2. Click on Users

  3. Click on the user who has the status Activation pending

  4. Click on Resend activation email
