If a user is having trouble accessing their account, the admin of the account can help by sending a password reset email or resending the account activation email.
The right option depends on whether the user has already activated their account:
User Status: | Action: |
User has already activated their account.
A user is activated if you can see a time stamp of when they were last logged in the Administration page --> User tab.

User has not yet activated their account and are pending activation.
A user who is pending activation will have this marked next to their name n the Administration page --> User tab.

Send a password reset email
Sign in to Trackunit Manager.
Go to the Administration page in the left menu.
Navigate to the Users tab.
Click on the three dots next to the user and select Reset password.
A reset password email will be sent to the user.
Resend account activation email
Sign in to Trackunit Manager.
Go to the Administration page in the left menu.
Navigate to the Users tab.
Click on the three dots next to the pending user and select Resend activation email.
A new activation email will be sent to the user.
