Why haven't I received the account activation e-mail?

There can be several reasons why you did not receive your account activation e-mail.

If you haven't received the account activation email, try the following things:

  • Check the spam, junk, or unwanted folder in your e-mail inbox

  • Make sure that there is no typo or error in the e-mail address that was entered in User Info when the account invitation was created. This can be validated by the Account Administrator under Administration --> Users. If there is an error in the e-mail address, the Account Administrator needs to delete your user and create a new invitation with the correct information

  • See if the invitation was sent more than 30 days ago. In that case the activation link will have expired and the Account Administrator needs to resend the account activation e-mail

  • Contact your e-mail service provider to ensure that e-mails sent from info@trackunit.com are whitelisted
