You can brand Portals with your company logo and colors. Branding helps your customers recognize your company across all portals.
The Branding & Theming must be set up before you create a Portal.
Create a theme
Go to the Administration page
Open the Branding & Theming tab
Add your branding elements
You can apply the theme you create here when creating a custom Portal or include it in a Portal template.
Organization-wide branding
Branding created by the organization owner is available to all accounts within the organization.
Best practices
For the best customer experience:
Use accessible color contrast.
Upload both small and large logo versions.
Use SVG or PNG files.
Preview the theme in both light and dark mode.
Keep branding consistent across Portals.
