Personal Homes are currently only available to Admin and Fleet Admin users.
If you don’t see the “Create personal Home” button, it means your user role doesn’t yet include this permission.
A personal Home lets you design your own Home page in Trackunit Manager, tailored to how you work. Add widgets, arrange them to your liking, and track the data that matters most to you.
This guide explains how to create, customize, and switch between your personal Home. For admin-assigned Homes, read here
Note: Only you can see or manage your personal Home. It is not shared with others.
Create new personal Home
Go to the Home Page
Click + Create personal Home in the top right corner
Give your personal Home a name in the pop up window (up to 80 characters).
Click Create to continue.
Add & arrange widgets
In the top right corner of your personal Home, click on Add Widget
Search and select the widget you want to display — for example:
Service Management
CO₂ Emissions
Utilization
Alerts
Drag & drop widgets to arrange the layout
Click the filter icon on each widget to adjust what it shows — for instance, filter by asset type, site, or status
Note: Your layout and filter settings are saved automatically.
Switch between Homes
Use the tabs at the top of the Home page to toggle between:
Your personal Home(s)
Admin-assigned Homes (marked with a lock icon)
Note: The last Home you viewed will appear automatically the next time you log in.
Renaming or deleting your personal Home
From the three-dot menu on your personal Home, you can:
Rename – Update the Home title
Delete – Delete your personal Home (Deleting a personal Home permanently removes its layout and filters — there’s no undo)

What happens to my personal Home if my user role changes?
If your user role changes and you are no longer an Admin or Fleet Admin, you will not be able to create new personal Homes. However, any personal Homes you have already created will remain available to you.
How many personal Homes can each user create?
Each user can create up to two personal Homes.
How do I filter for a specific time period?
Currently, it is not possible to filter by a specific time period.
What is the difference between filtering for the entire Home and for each widget?
If you apply a filter at the top of your Home, the filter applies to all widgets on that Home. If you apply a filter within a specific widget, it only affects that widget.
Is there a limit to how many widgets I can add?
Yes — you can add up to 15 widgets to your personal Home.
