How do I book a service for an asset?

Book a Service helps tag scheduled services and allow you to focus on unscheduled services, ensuring you prioritize urgent tasks.

Updated this week

The 'Book a Service' feature enables you to tag services once they are scheduled with the customer, allowing you to concentrate on those services that are not yet booked. Additionally, you can filter the list of services to easily identify and prioritize those requiring immediate attention.

Service Management is available on the Evolve, Expand, Lift & Leap pricing plans. Reach out to your Sales Representative for more information.

You need to be an Admin or Fleet Admin to create a service plan. Read more about user roles here
