How do I resolve services on an asset in Trackunit Manager and Trackunit Go?

Resolve upcoming and overdue asset services when they have been completed.

You need to be an Admin, Fleet Admin, or technician to resolve services on an asset. See more about user roles here


Resolve a service on an asset in Trackunit Manager

Log into Trackunit Manager

  1. Navigate to the Service Management app

  2. Click on the asset that needs to have service performed

  3. Click on the Resolve button for the service that should be resolved in the Upcoming Services section

  4. Select Performed (or skip)

  5. Select the date for when the service was completed. You cannot set a date in the future

    1. Optional: Write down notes in the text field and/or upload documents by clicking on Upload documents

  6. Click Perform (or skip)

The service will now be logged as Performed (or skipped) in the Service History. If it is recurring service, then the next service will be shown in the Upcoming Services section.

Resolve a service in the Trackunit Go app:

Log into the Trackunit Go app on your mobile or tablet

  1. Navigate to Asssets in the bottom menu

  2. Select the specific asset you would like to resolve a service for

  3. Scroll down to Service Management

  4. Tap the service you would like to resolve

  5. Tap Resolve

  6. Tap Performed and confirm with Yes in the pop-up menu

The service will now be logged as Performed in the Service History. If it is recurring service, then the next service will be shown in the list of services under Service Management in the previous screen.
