How do I set up Advanced Operational Alerts in Trackunit Manager?

Advanced Operational Alerts unlocks the ability to alert on a broader range of Machine Insights.

Updated this week

This alert is only available on Expand and Leap plans. Speak with your Trackunit representative to learn more about our different software plans, or have a look here

The Advanced Operational Alert expands on the Operational Alert by offering more detailed Machine Insights for fleet monitoring. Have a look here to learn more about Machine Insights

As an OEM, you can customize alerts to prioritize the most critical insights for maintaining your assets.

Some insights require only one reading to trigger an alert, while others need multiple readings to confirm an issue. You can also set the number of consecutive readings needed to trigger an alert to reduce false positives.

Adjust the severity of alerts to highlight critical events, and all triggered alerts will be recorded in your asset’s event log, even if they are not critical.

Note: Enumerated and accumulated Machine Insights are not available for alerting at this time.
