How do I use the lock/unlock feature in Classic Manager?

If your unit is not compatible with DualID or iButton readers you may immobilize your machine with the lock/unlock feature.

Updated today

This article refers to Classic Manager, which will soon be deprecated. We recommend beginning your migration to Trackunit Manager as soon as possible.

Access Control has been replaced by Access Management in Trackunit Manager. Please contact your Customer Success Manager or Key Account Manager to check whether you meet the requirements for enablement.

Note: The lock/unlock feature requires a relay. See your unit installation guide for more information.

Units set up for other types of Access Control cannot use the lock/unlock feature.
Your unit must have GSM connection to lock/unlock.
