Access Management: Keypad LED Behavior Guide

Read this guide to interpret your keypad’s LED indicators and understand its current status and activity.

Updated today

The keypad’s LED lights display various statuses related to asset access, authentication, and configuration.

The colors, modes (solid, blinking, or flashing), and positions provide detailed insights into the system’s current state - including access syncing, firmware updates, and authentication results.

This LED behavior guide applies to both K300 and DualID keypads when both the account and the keypad have been migrated to Access Management

If you are using Access Control in Classic Manager, this guide does not apply.
