Inspections are available exclusively as an Early Access Beta. Reach out to your Sales Representative for more information.
With the Inspections add-on in Trackunit Manager, you can quickly turn your daily pre-use inspection paperwork into digital records. This helps you follow site rules, keep assets running smoothly, and improve safety for workers. By being proactive, you can reduce delays and protect your business profits.
Note:
To use inspections, assets need to be equipped with Access Management.
To use inspections, operators must have access (keys) to the asset to perform inspections.
You need to have an admin or fleet admin role in Trackunit Manager to be able to set up inspections. If you do not have the right access, contact the account admin of your company.
After an inspection template is created, you can assign the template to specific assets and you can check the responses to the inspections directly in Trackunit Manager. You can also set up notifications to automatically notify selected contacts (like technicians) when an asset has failed the inspection and needs to be looked at.
