With the bulk search you can include assets that might live outside Trackunit Manager, for example in your ERP, CRM or an excel document, when you generate a report. Copy/paste from a comma-separated list of values into the Bulk search and easily find the related assets in your fleet.
How to use Bulk search
Log into Trackunit Manager
Go to the Reports app in the left side menu
Select the report you want to generate
Click on the search icon in the Generate report pop-up
Slide the toggle on to enable Bulk search
Copy and paste your values into the search field
For example: 123456, 654321, …, 9876543
Search for several machines at once, based on the identification you select:
VIN
Unit serial number
External reference number
Select a preferred delimiter:
Comma ( , )
Colon ( : )
Semicolon ( ; )
