Replacing a device

If you are replacing a device for the first time, we recommend involving our Customer Support team to ensure correct execution. You can contact them via our Messenger.

Rebooting a device

Reboot the device by clicking Reboot in Verify. This will send a command to the device and force a reboot.

Note: Rebooting should be done with care, ideally with guidance from our Customer Support. It can resolve issues like the device not sending data but is not the same as resetting the device.

Resetting the data of your device

You might have situations where you need to reset the data of your device.

Changing your Operating Modes

You can change the Operating Mode of a device directly from Verify.

  1. Enter the Serial Number of your device and click Find.

  2. Scroll to the section titled Operating Mode and change the mode here.

  3. Select Save and the change is queued to be applied to your device.

In order to confirm that the Operating Mode has been changed, you have to use the Administration page in Trackunit Manager. Read this article on changing Operating Modes
