Troubleshooting

The Trackunit IrisX MCP is connected but I get no data

Check that you authenticated with the correct IrisX account.

I get an authorisation error

Disconnect and reconnect the Trackunit IrisX MCP connector in your AI tool settings and re-authenticate with your IrisX credentials.

My AI tool responds slowly

This is expected for some requests. The Trackinit IrisX MCP may call multiple IrisX tools to generate a complete response. Complex prompts can take 5–15 seconds.

An action I took had unexpected results

Actions performed through the Trackinit IrisX MCP take effect immediately and cannot currently be undone through the MCP interface. To reverse an action, go to the relevant section in Trackunit Manager.
