How it works

  • Make sure you are logged into Trackunit Manager in your browser before clicking the Product Tour links.

  • Each tour opens directly in Trackunit Manager and walks you through the interface step-by-step.

  • You can take the tours anytime, as often as you’d like.

  • They’re short, focused, and easy to follow.

We currently offer a limited set of product tours, but we’re actively building more.

New walkthroughs will be added regularly, so keep an eye on this page as Trackunit Manager continues to grow and evolve.

Product Tours of Trackunit Manager features:

Navigation Bar

The navigation bar is the central control hub in Trackunit Manager. It’s where you’ll find access to every single aspect of the platform—from fleet management to profile settings.

In this tour, we’ll show you exactly where to find what, so you can move around with confidence.

Map

The Map is the first thing you’ll see when you log into Trackunit Manager. It is the visualization of your fleet and forms the starting point for many key actions in the platform.

The Map is also highly customizable, so you can tailor what you see to match your specific needs.

Administration page

This tour is designed for account administrators. You’ll learn where to add and manage users, how to control asset ownership and visibility, and where to find the Device Administration tab for managing your hardware.

If you’re responsible for setting up or maintaining your organization’s Trackunit Manager account, this is your go-to tour.

Support Access

Easily and securely share access with the Trackunit support team when needed.

You’ll only be asked to do this when prompted by a Trackunit employee—such as your Customer Success Manager or someone from the Customer Support team.

This quick tour will show you exactly how to grant access if and when the need arises.
