How do I grant Customer Support access to my account?

Learn how you can grant Customer Support or Customer Success access to your Trackunit Manager account.

From time to time a Customer Support agent or your Customer Success representative, might need to gain access to your account to help troubleshoot an issue you are having, or make sure your account is set up correctly.

Asking for access is always done in coordination with you, and you will not receive any access requests without being made aware first.

How do I find a pending Support request?

Log into Trackunit Manager

  1. Click on the Administration page in the lower left corner of your navigation bar.

  2. Go to the Support Access tab

  3. Approve the requests made by the Trackunit employee

After you have approved the access, you can always come back to this tab and revoke the access again.

Note: Only users with Admin or Fleet admin roles will be able to give a Trackunit employee access to the account.
