How do I add clients and contacts in Manager Classic?

Add clients and contacts to Manager Classic to control who gets notified when a service is due.

Updated over a week ago

You must be the Account Administrator to add clients and contacts, or the Account Administrator must have granted you rights to do so.

Note: The Clients functionality currently available in Manager Classic has an equivalent feature called Customers in the new version of Trackunit Manager.

We recommend you start using Customers as soon as possible to get access to the latest functionalities in Trackunit Manager. However, if you have set up clients in Manager Classic that are attached to Service Management and Alarms in Manager Classic, we recommend that you wait until those two feature are completely migrated over to Trackunit Manager to avoid disrupting your business processes.

If you are in doubt, contact your Trackunit representative.
