My Network app is available on all the OEM Plans and on the Fleet Plans Expand and Evolve.

You need to be an Admin or Fleet admin to see the my Network app. You can read more about user roles here

How to configure a card

In Trackunit Manager, go to the My Network app in the left side menu and select Overview.

my overview navigation.png

  1. Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the card you want to configure and click Configure.

  2. Devices included: Add or remove devices you want to include in the card. Only devices added here will be reflected in the card’s KPI.

  3. Time frame: Configure the threshold for when to include devices in the KPI. For example, if you're configuring the card for "No Data" and choose 14 days time frame, only devices that have not sent data for more than 14 days will be included.

  4. Use limits: Toggle the slider on to activate the status bar on the card. The color of the status bar will be either yellow or red based on the percentage threshold you enter under Critical limit and Operational limit.

  5. Critical limit: Configure the threshold for when the status bar on the card turns red. For example, 10% of devices have not transmitted data recently.

  6. Operational limit: Configure the threshold for when the status bar in the card turns yellow. For example, 5% of devices have not transmitted data recently.

Note: The Data Feed Integrations cards are not configurable and depend solely on data feeds that can be added and updated through Trackunit Marketplace.

How to read a card

At the top of the card you find the metric the card is monitoring. In the example below, the card "No Data" reflects the time frame you have selected in the configuration.

The time frame can be configured in the configuration menu in the top right corner of the card, as described in detail above.

The numbers above the status bar show the number of devices currently within the set threshold and the total number of devices monitored on this card. For example, out of a total of 311 devices, 92 devices have not transmitted data.

Note: the total number of devices can differ from card to card, as the different metrics do not apply to all device types.

For example Spot devices are not included in the No External Power card, as Spot devices do not rely on external power. They rely on internal battery power only. User configuration of specific cards can also affect the total number of devices included in a card.

💡 Tip: Click on the button Show in list to see the filtered device list of all devices currently outside the threshold of the card.
