How do I add documentation when resolving (or skipping) services in Trackunit Manager?

Attach files or notes when resolving or skipping services in Service Management to capture important information when a service is performed

You need to be an Admin, Fleet Admin, or Technician to resolve or skip services on an asset. See more about user roles here

Add documentation for resolved or skipped services in Trackunit Manager

Log in to Trackunit Manager

  1. Navigate to the Service Management app

  2. Click on the asset that needs to have service performed

  3. Click on the Resolve button for the service that should be resolved in the Upcoming Services section in the Service page

  4. Click on Perform (or skip)

  5. Write down notes in the text field and upload documents by clicking on the Upload documents-button

  6. Click on Perform (or skip)

Your notes and documents have now been successfully saved, and the service will now be logged as Perfomed or Skipped.
