Personal canvases are currently available to Admin and Fleet Admin users.
A personal canvas lets you design your own Home page in Trackunit Manager, tailored to how you work. Add widgets, arrange them to your liking, and track the data that matters most to you.
This guide explains how to create, customize, and switch between your personal canvas and admin-assigned canvases.

What is a personal canvas?
A personal canvas is a Home page visible only to you. You can decide which information you'd like to see as the first thing on your Home page when you log in to Manager. Saved layouts and filters apply automatically.
You can:
Add widgets such as:
CO₂ Emissions
Service Management
Fleet Inventory
Emission Reports
Edit anytime: add, move, or remove widgets
Position widgets freely on the grid
Creating your personal canvas
Go to Home
Click Create personal canvas in the top right corner of the screen
Enter a name for your canvas
Click Create
Your canvas appears as a tab in the header
Adding widgets to your personal canvas
In the top right corner of your canvas, click on Add Widget
In the widget drawer (right side), you can:
Filter the list
Search by keyword
Scroll through all available widgets
Click on a widget to add it
Drag & drop widgets to arrange the layout
Use the filter icon (top right of each widget) to customize its view
Note: Your layout and filter settings are saved automatically.
Switching between canvases
Use the tabs at the top of Home to toggle between:
Your personal canvas
Admin-assigned canvases (marked with a lock icon)
💡 Tip: The last canvas you viewed will appear automatically the next time you log in.
Editing or deleting your personal canvas
From the three-dot menu on your personal canvas tab, you can:
Rename – Update the canvas title
Delete – Permanently remove your personal canvas
Note: Only you can see or manage your personal canvas. It is not shared with others.
