Most tables in Trackunit Manager can be customized to help you find and work with information more efficiently. You can filter data, rearrange columns, choose which information to display, and save your preferred table layout.
Filter directly from column headers
Use the filter icon in a column header to quickly narrow down the information shown in the table. This lets you filter data without opening additional menus.
Reorder columns
You can rearrange columns to match the way you work.
To move a column:
Click and hold the column header.
Drag it to the desired position.
Release to place it.
Pin or hide columns
Keep important information visible while scrolling horizontally by pinning columns.
To pin or unpin a column:
Open the column menu from the column header.
Select Pin column or Unpin column.
You can also hide columns you don’t need directly from the same menu.
Asset information
The Asset column combines key information about each asset in a single cell, including:
Asset name
Brand
Asset type
Model
You can filter assets by Brand, Type, or Model using the filter option in the Asset column.
Add and remove columns to your table
Choose which columns are displayed in your table.
Click the Columns button.
Select or clear the columns you want to show.
💡 Tip: If you’ve customized your table and want to return to the default layout, click the Columns button, and then select Reset.
Good to know:
Your table preferences - including column order, hidden columns, and pinned columns - are saved automatically and will be available the next time you sign in.
Brand logos are available in the Brand column. If the column is hidden, you can enable it again from the Columns button.
