Emissions summary for sites provides comprehensive emissions tracking and reporting for equipment across connected jobsites.
With the Sites app, you can access up to 12 months of historical emissions data for all connected assets. This allows you to easily apply data filters to compare and analyze trends across multiple jobsites over time.
As a contractor or rental company, you will be able to proactively identify high-emission assets and replace them with lower-emission alternatives. This helps you drive greater efficiency and sustainability on every jobsite.
How is Emissions Summary different from the Emissions Reporting app?
Emissions summary in the Sites app tracks up to 12 months of history of a user-defined jobsite, including capturing assets that enter and leave. This means the total emissions account for all assets that have been on a given site, even those that have since departed.
This differs from the Emissions Reporting app, which calculates emissions based solely on assets currently present at the site, without factoring when they entered or left.
How do I get started?
Log in to Trackunit Manager
Navigate to the Sites app
Select the site from the list for which you’d like to view emissions. This will take you to the site overview page, where you can see overall site emissions for up to the last 12 months
Select the Emissions summary tab to view a detailed breakdown of the site emissions
Emissions Summary for a site
The Emissions summary page shows the site's total emissions broken down by month, for up to the previous 12 months.
You can switch between viewing Fuel Used, Energy Used, and Usage Hours by selecting these options from the dropdown on the chart.
You can also switch between Totals view and Assets view, and select a time range for the data (1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months)
Emissions Summary for assets on a site
To view emissions for individual assets on the site (asset-level emissions), select the Assets view in the top right corner.
Non-admin users may see a row labeled Restricted, which aggregates the data points from assets they don’t have access to into a single row. This allows you to still track total emissions on the site for the selected time period.
Admin users will not see the Restricted row. Instead, they will see emissions data for each asset individually, including all assets currently on the site or that have been part of the site during the chosen time period.
The Assets view also offers additional filtering:
Data Filters
